1. Returns
1.1 You have 3-7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
1.3 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
2. Refunds
2.1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
3.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product defect or damage.
3.2 If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Shipping
4.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.3 For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
5. Non-returnable Items
